Workshop The Power to Love

When the attributes like “power” and “courage” are related to Love, they determine an attitude that we can have and influence powerful our experience related to love. What matters in Love is our experience of it and not the opinions about it. Love is a gate to transcend the duality of the mind, to go beyond the experience that tells us to be happy or unhappy for one reason or another.

Love is the fundamental energy in the Universe. It is a mysterious energy that has a distinct vibration frequency. When the human being loves, he triggers in his inner universe a process of resonance with the mysterious, endless energy of love, which floods in his being.In this workshop we will explain and experience through yoga and meditations the following themes:
