Ruimte:

Onze ruimte wordt op verzoek verhuurd aan derden mits de activiteit past in het kader van ons yogacentrum. Wij beschikken over een ruime yogazaal van 120m², 40m² receptie en 60m² tuin. In deze ruimte kunnen maximaal 40 personen aan yoga of lichaamsbeweging doen.

De zaal is ‘schoenvrij’, aangezien we over houten vloeren beschikken. De zaal biedt bijzonder veel natuurlijke lichtinval via 4 grote lichtkoepels en een groot schuifraam met zicht op het tuintje. De omgeving is zeer rustig.

Er zijn twee toiletten en een gezamenlijke omkleedruimte. Thee en gefilterd water zijn beschikbaar.

Prijzen:

Inbegrepen in de onkostenvergoeding: verwarming, elektriciteit, gebruik van sanitair, muziekinstallatie, bord, 40 yogamaten, dekentjes, meditatiebankjes.
Niet inbegrepen: thee (5 euro/dagdeel) en beamer (10 euro/dag)

1dagdeel = voormiddag, namiddag of avond

60euro voor 1 dagdeel (excl BTW)

100euro voor 2 dagdelen (excl BTW)

Voor wekelijkse activiteit of langere periode zijn prijsaanpassingen mogelijk.

Voorwaarden:

Booking is pas definitief na betaling op het rekeningnummer IBAN BE46 0015 9882 55 36, BIC: GEBABEBB, met vermelding van ‘huur + datum’.

Annulering tot 2weken voor de activiteit is gratis, nadien wordt 40 euro aangerekend.

Een waarborg van 100euro wordt gevraagd bij aanvang van de activiteit. Deze wordt aan het einde van activiteit teruggeven mits er geen schade werd veroorzaakt.

Space:

We rent out our room on request and only if the activity is fitting in the vision of our center.  The yoga room is 120 square meters, the reception count 40sq meters and the garden 60sq meters. Around 40 persons can practice here yoga or make other body movements.

 The room is ‘shoe free’ since we have wooden floors in the whole center. The room is foreseen of an amazing day light coming through 4big sky domes and through a large sliding window with view upon the garden. The environment is very quiet.

There are 2 toilets and a common changing room. Tea and filtered water are made on request.

Prices:

Included in the price are: heating, electricity, sanitary, music installation, white board, 40 yoga mats, blankets, meditation chairs.

Not included: tea (5euro/part of the day) and beamer (10euro/day)

1 part of the day = morning/afternoon/evening

60€ for 1 part of the day (excl VAT)

100€ for 2 parts of the day (excl VAT)

For weekly activities or longer durations we can offer other prices.

Conditions:

Booking is only valid after payment on account number IBAN BE46 0015 9882 55 36, BIC: GEBABEBB, with message ‘RENT + data’.

Cancellation till 2weeks before the activity is free, afterwards  40€ will be at your charge.

A caution of 100euro is asked at the start of the activity. This will be returned in the end of the activity, unless damage has been caused.
