4-5-6-7 November: 4-days retreat SOUL TOUCH

(De retraite wordt in het Engels gehouden.)

This 4-days retreat will be a GIFT for yourself. We will spend a long weekend in the midst of nature, doing yoga, meditation, spending time in the forest, eating healthy vegetarian food and all of this in a group with beautiful souls. 

The theme of this retreat is SOUL TOUCH. In small lectures we will be looking for answers on the following questions?

• What is my soul and where do I find it?
• By which actions do I come in contact with my soul?
• How can I live more from the soul and less from the ego?
• Whats the essence of my soul?
• What are the signs of an awakened soul?

By different exercises, by doing yoga and special meditations we will TOUCH the SOUL. This will make us radiant, blossoming, shining and loving.

THURSDAY 4th of November

7:30PM-9PM: Introductory talk + yoga nidra session

FRIDAY & SATURDAY 5th&6th of November

8AM-9:30AM: Waking up morning yoga practice

9:30AM-11AM: Breakfast and free walk

11AM-1PM: Small lecture and special exercise for opening the SOUL

1PM-4PM: Lunch and break

4PM-6:30PM: Small lecture and special exercise for opening the SOUL

6:30PM-8PM: Dinner time

8PM-11PM: SOUL Evening program (according to the weather)

SUNDAY 7th of November

8AM-9:30AM: Waking up morning yoga practice

9:30AM-11AM: Breakfast and free walk

11AM-1PM: Small lecture and special exercise for opening the SOUL

1PM-2:30PM: Lunchtime

2:30PM-4PM: Conclusions and special exercise
