26-29 May: SOUL TOUCH yoga retreat in Durbuy

This 4-days retreat will be a GIFT for yourself. We will spend a long weekend in the midst of nature, doing yoga, meditation, spending time in the forest, eating healthy vegetarian food and all of this in a group with beautiful souls. 

Living in a time and society in which the ego is promoted far above the soul, we need to re-learn how to come in contact with our soul, how to live from it and how to reach out to the soul of others. During this retreat we search together for answers and we seek many experiences in which we touch the soul.

In this retreat you will get:

• daily yoga practice
• daily meditation
• nature time in group and alone
• special techniques at soul level

THURSDAY 26th of May

2PM: Opening of the retreat and integrating meditation, getting to know all beautifull souls

3PM-4:30PM: Yoga practice

4:30PM-5PM: Meditation for opening the soul

5PM-7:30PM: Dinner break and time to check in your rooms

7:30PM-9PM: Introductory talk + yoga nidra session

FRIDAY & SATURDAY 27th&28th of May

8AM-9:30AM: Waking up morning yoga practice

9:30AM-11AM: Breakfast and free walk

11AM-1PM: Small lecture and special exercise for opening the SOUL

1PM-4PM: Lunch and break

4PM-6:30PM: Small lecture and special exercise for opening the SOUL

6:30PM-8PM: Dinner time

8PM-11PM: SOUL Evening program (according to the weather)

SUNDAY 29th of May

8AM-9:30AM: Waking up morning yoga practice

9:30AM-11AM: Breakfast and free walk

11AM-1PM: Small lecture and special exercise for opening the SOUL

1PM-2:30PM: Lunchtime

2:30PM-4PM: Conclusions and special exercise
